Part of the data is collected to ensure the proper functioning of the website. Personal data provided to register for an event will only be processed for purposes regarding the event you registered for and based on your consent per Art. 6 (1)(a) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your personal data will be processed confidentially and exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the respective event and for the documentation of this event within the scope of the respective project or contract. After completion of the project or contract and, if applicable, its economic evaluation, we will delete your personal data in accordance with Art. 17 Para. 1 a.

You always have the right to request information about your stored data, its origin, its recipients, and the purpose of its collection at no charge. You also have the right to request that it be corrected, blocked, or deleted. Note on image, sound and film recordings at events

If indicated at registration, images, film and sound recordings will be made during events, which may be created, processed and distributed as part of the public relations work of B.A.U.M. Consult GmbH and the respective project(s). By registering for the event, participants agree that the images, sound and film recordings made in connection with the event may be used by B.A.U.M. Consult GmbH for the purpose of public relations without entitlement to remuneration and may be disseminated in print media, our project websites and social media channels for the purpose of documentation and reporting.

If you do not wish to appear in the recording, please leave your image and sound transmission deactivated.

For the events we will be using one or several of the following digital applications:
Zoom Video Communications (https://zoom.us/privacy), Cisco Systems (https://www.cisco.com/c/de_de/about/legal/privacy-full.html), Miro (https://miro.com/legal/privacy-policy/)
Despite careful evaluation and selection of digital applications and tools, we cannot guarantee that third-party providers fully comply with the DSGVO. Please also note that the name you use to enter the event will be visible to all participants.
